While noodling around in a Google Chrome profile folder today I saw an
interesting file called Custom Dictionary.txt. Seeing a file that breaks
from the normative state in Chrome of using SQLite3 for storage is
specifically what caught my attention.
The contents were as follows:
TPM
checksum_v1 = 0b6a4dcbb091e06760bca1e0cd2b1989
First, yes... this is a very spartan custom dictionary. The first entry was actually added yesterday while doing a comprehensive write-up on StackExchange regarding the nuances of different TPM 1.1/1.2/2.0 implementations.
It's a strange kind of diary. One line, sitting in a profile folder, telling anyone who stumbles onto it exactly what I was elbow deep in a day earlier, and nothing else.
